Description: "QL" in thin letters within a burst of 32 - 36 broken rays. Recorded Usage: November 1864 - August 24 1890 Comments: Seen with either a straight or curved tail on "Q" plus with or without a stop after "L". |

Description: "QL" in thick letters within a burst of 35 broken rays. Recorded Usage: November 1864 - April 1875 Comments: Also issued to 3 other offices so must be tied to prove it as a Brisbane mark. |

Description: "QL" within a star shape of 50 rays and 6 points. Recorded Usage: May 1867 - September 1875 Comments: Also known as the "Brunswick Star" |

Description: "QL" within a horizontal oval made up of 9 bars. Recorded Usage: November 27 1877 is the only recorded dated example Comments: Rarest of the obliterators with only 1 example known on cover. |
