My Thoughts/Comments:
~~~~~Isn't this one neat? I made it because of the popularity of the rainbow userlookup. This layout uses the same concept, with the stars and swirls, but with a few modifications/improvements. :) This one is totally awesome, because it uses the cool new way of making guild layouts, where none of the neopets sidebar, banner, or table colors show up, like your work from scratch, plus it has star bullets, sparkles when you mouse over links, 1 blog, 1 scrolling marquee for your updates (moving text) and a couple other cool things. :) I hope you like it!
