My Thoughts/Comments:
~~~~~This is a huge layout, although it doesn't take up much character space consitering it's size (Which we can thank the wonders of outside style sheets for). It has a dynamic banner, and two blog-like tables. The updates section is in a vertically scrolling maraquee. The bullets by the "Home" "Messages" "Calendar", etc, are stars instead of the boring old circular default bullets. The downfalls of this layout are few, but the sidebar for neopets does look too bright for the layout. I also used colors that I dropped off of the layout itself for text colors and div layer backgrounds, which could lead to problems if a viewer's browser can't view unsafe hex codes (Meaning: if you computer is color blind, the text and other colors will look like crap).
