Bulk Edit/Revise Shipping/Insurance Services/Costs:
If you are not already familiar with the process for using Turbo Lister and File Exchange to bulk revise eBay listings, please
see Bulk edit/revise eBay listings. I assume here that
you have worked through the preliminary process described in steps 1-4 on that page and have saved a file named TLFES.csv or
whatever you named yours, the important thing being that the file contains all of the fields downloaded from Turbo Lister and
that the item numbers have been filled in. This is step 5 of that process specifically with regard to the Shipping and
Insurance fields.
1. Delete columns that you will not need to revise shipping/insurance services/costs:
A. Delete all columns to the right of the IntlShippingService-3:Priority field, which are currently columns CX - FD. For
instance, move the cursor to cell CX1, hold down the Shift key while pressing the End key then the Right arrow key, press
Ctrl-- (confusing shorthand for Ctrl-Minus), select the Entire column option, then press Enter or click the OK button. Feel
free to use any comparable other method that you are used to.
B. Delete all columns between the ShippingPackage and ShippingService-1:Option columns, which are currently columns BQ - BV.
For instance, click on the BQ column header cell, drag the cursor to column BV to highlight that range of columns, then press
Ctrl-- (Ctrl-Minus) and the columns will be deleted. Feel free to use any comparable other method that you are used to.
C. Delete all columns between the PackagingHandlingCosts and ShippingType columns, which are currently columns S - BL. For
instance, click on the S column header cell, drag the cursor to column BL to highlight that range of columns, then press
Ctrl-- (Ctrl-Minus) and the columns will be deleted. Feel free to use any comparable other method that you are used to.
D. Delete all columns between the ItemID and InsuranceOption columns, which are currently columns C - O. For instance, click on
the C column header cell, drag the cursor to column O to highlight that range of columns, then press Ctrl-- (Ctrl-Minus) and
the columns will be deleted. Feel free to use any comparable other method that you are used to.
The columns that remain should be:
A. Action(CC=Cp1252)
B. ItemID
C. InsuranceOption
D. InsuranceFee
E. PackagingHandlingCosts
F. ShippingType
G. ShipFromZipCode
H. ShippingIrregular
I. ShippingPackage
J. ShippingService-1:Option
K. ShippingService-1:Cost
L. ShippingService-1:AdditionalCost
M. ShippingService-1:Priority
N. ShippingService-2:Option
O. ShippingService-2:Cost
P. ShippingService-2:AdditionalCost
Q. ShippingService-2:Priority
R. ShippingService-3:Option
S. ShippingService-3:Cost
T. ShippingService-3:AdditionalCost
U. ShippingService-3:Priority
V. IntlShippingService-1:Option
W. IntlShippingService-1:Cost
X. IntlShippingService-1:AdditionalCost
Y. IntlShippingService-1:Locations
Z. IntlShippingService-1:Priority
AA. IntlShippingService-2:Option
AB. IntlShippingService-2:Cost
AC. IntlShippingService-2:AdditionalCost
AD. IntlShippingService-2:Locations
AE. IntlShippingService-2:Priority
AF. IntlShippingService-3:Option
AG. IntlShippingService-3:Cost
AH. IntlShippingService-3:AdditionalCost
AI. IntlShippingService-3:Locations
AJ: IntlShippingService-3:Priority
Best of all, you can see all of your current values.
2. Move the cursor to cell A1, then copy and paste the following into a text editor such as Word or Notepad or FrontPage,
then copy it from the text editor and paste it into cell A1 (pasting directly produces undesirable results), or else
type the following into cell A1:
Action(SiteID=US|Country=US|Currency=USD|Version=403|CC= ISO-8859-1)
3. Move the cursor to cell A2 and type the word Revise and press Enter. Copy this cell to all other cells in column A for which
there is a listing row using any copy method you are comfortable with.
4. Change whatever field values that you want. Delete columns that you do not need to change (see comments below about some
field relationships that you need to be aware of). Delete rows for listings that you do not need to change.
5. Save the file with a different name for the upload to eBay. I name this file Ebaychge.csv.
6. Upload the resulting file to eBay using File Exchange.
See File Exchange Upload Instructions.
7. Check the results.
Review your changed listing(s). If anything did not turn out right, work through the process again and try to figure out what
went wrong. As you become more experienced with the process, troubleshooting will become simpler.
Good luck!

2. If you want to end up with a single domestic shipping service for all listings you will be submitting, you will not need the
ShippingService-2 and ShippingService-3 columns.
3. You have to specify all of the domestic shipping services that you want to end up with in your listings. If you currently
have 3 domestic shipping service options and want to change the first one, you still have to include the appropriate
information for the other 2 domestic shipping services in your submission file even if you do not want to change them or you
will end up with just the one domestic shipping service submitted.
4. If you submit a file that only has shipping service information for option 2, option 3, options 1 and 3 or options 2 and 3,
your submission will return a Failure result for all listings.
5. The ShippingService-1:Priority field is not necessary if you are only specifying one domestic shipping service, but if you
are specifying two or three services, you will need to include the ShippingService-n:Priority fields for each service being
submitted.
6. If you have one or more international shipping services in your listings, you can upload 1-3 domestic shipping services
without the international shipping services columns and your international shipping services in your listings will be
retained.
7. The ShippingService-1:Cost column is not needed if ShippingType is set to Calculated for all listings submitted. The
ShippingService-2:Cost and ShippingService-3:Cost columns are required if additional shipping services are added.
8. To set any domestic shipping service as free, set the ShippingService-n:Cost field to 0.00.

option selection will revert to Not offered on all listings submitted.
5. You have to specify all of the international shipping services that you want to end up with in your listings. If you
