Subscribing to eBay's File Exchange:
To qualify to use File Exchange, you must have been registered on eBay for at least 90 days and have averaged 50 or more active
listings per month over the last 2 months.
Go to Seller Tools - eBay File Exchange to learn more about
File Exchange, take a tour of its features, and/or sign up for File Exchange.
If the automated response to your subscription request is that you do not qualify but you believe that you do qualify, go to
the eBay home page, click on the Live Help link and then on the Advanced Selling Tools link in the resulting
Chat Window. Enter your email address or eBay User ID where indicated, then select any category other than the dashes (there
is no selection for File Exchange yet), and click the Send button. You can enter a question and click the Send button again
while waiting for a response. You should also follow these links if you want to petition to be able to revise more than 1,000
listings in a 24 hour period. Advanced Selling Tools Live Chat is available from 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time 7 days a week.
After a relatively short while by eBay standards, you will find a File Exchange link in your
My eBay's My Subscriptions nav bar. Congratulations, you are now subscribed to eBay File Exchange.
