“Close My Eyes Forever”

Que Es? I started this video a couple of months ago, got into a nice groove, then my muse decided to go on vacation :o( I’ve been waiting for her to return for a looooooooong time, and she finally did this past week, so yay! Set to Lita Ford’s “Close My Eyes Forever” featuring Ozzy Osbourne, this video takes you through some of the bad and some of the good moments of the epic romance that is Angel and Buffy. The video should be a lot better, but considering how grateful I am my muse returned after all this time, I basically worked as quickly as possible to get it done ASAP. If you’re a B/A fan, though, I hope you’ll enjoy anyways.

Que Es? When everything is falling apart, and the world is seemingly at its end...who is Buffy thinking of? When times are at their toughest...who occupies Angel’s thoughts? Who do these heroes turn to when times are darkest? Watch my newest video to find out!

This is my first ever REQUEST video. Miranda, my good online friend from Utterly Joss Universe and fellow B/A’er, sent me the lyrics to “Come Undone” by Duran Duran. She told me she thought it’d be a great B/A song, and it is! It took me FOR-EV-ER to get this done for her (sorry girl!), but I think the video was definitely worth the wait. It’s the video I’m proudest of, to date, and I pray everyone else enjoys it as much as I do!

“What It Is To Burn”

Que Es? I heard this song on one of our local alternative stations one day, and knew it HAD to be made into a B/A vid! Set to “What It Is To Burn” by Finch, watch as I attempt to showcase how Buffy is Angel’s reason for existing, as well as the bond that connects them so they understand each other always. Also a mini-B/A kissy montage towards the end!

“Mama, I’m Coming Home”

Que Es? I made this right after AtS S4 finale, “Home” and BtVS S7 “End of Days;” set to Ozzy Osbourne’s “Mama, I’m Coming Home.” Angel goes “back home” to Buffy; lots of “Home” clips. This vid features one of my more “inspired” moments (heavy on the sarcasm): during the guitar riff in the song, for reasons I have YET to discover (I suspect it had something to do with me being FRENZIED with wanting to finish and working ‘til 4 a.m.), I decided to showcase footage of Buffy training and Angel doing Tai-Chi! My fellow “Babblers” seemed to enjoy the Angel footage though, so hopefully you will too.

“Craving”

Que Es? This video is set to a song by one of my favorite groups, O-Town. B/A trying to fight their desire and need for one another, only to end up right where they belong: with each other! This vid is also full of transition effects because it was the first I made with WMM 2.

“Crying”

Que Es? My brother, CJ, often helps me in trying to find songs for B/A vids, and this one was one of his recommendations. “Cryin’” sung by Roy Orbison and K.D. Lang is a heart-wrencher of a song, and I did my best to illustrate the lyrics. LOTS of angst and sadness featuring our favorite heroes. This was only my second video, and I think I jam-packed it with too many clips, but my friend Kim was nice enough to say she liked it, so THANKS, KIM!
