Finally after cooking from Wednesday night straight through to Saturday morning, it was time to get things set up. The RV was used as storage, and for cooling off workers, as well as our bathroom. The screen house provided shade, and gave us a more professional look.

Everything is in place, the prices are set, all we need now are the customers.
