This is a project I started November 30th of 2003, and it's going to be a continuing project over my lifetime. I always thought it was interesting

in films when they had time lapse photography, or faked it with special effects to make a person age twenty years in ten seconds. But to my knowledge, there is no actuall time lapse footage of a human aging through the years. So I thought it would be a really spiffy concept, and since then I've been taking a picture of me every day (well, almost every day, of course sometimes I forget). So to date (January 31st, 2005) I have just over 400 images for this project. Now, while I've been good about taking the pictures, putting them into the computer and color correcting and aligning them to eachother is a different story. Anyways, so far I have 200 images compiled together, so at 30 frames a second the movie is almost 7 seconds long and approximately covers the first 7 months of this project. I'll be updating it from time to time with more pictures, so keep checking back! To view the movie, just click the image above. The file is just almost 9 megabytes, so it shouldn't take too long to download, but could still take 5 - 10 minutes with boomspeeds insanely slow servers. Sorry.
