Sometimes the colors in a painting just take you back ... 

I had a lot of fun painting these pretty flowers, and it brought back memories.    As a child, I'd hear the ice cream man coming, in his little truck with the jingle bells ... of course we'd have to hurry in and get money from Mama before he passed our house!  One of my favorite treats was the dreamsickle ... a mixture of orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream!
