What a way to start the morning!

Morning Glories, wild and free, are such a gorgeous sight.  They grow anywhere they please, climb high, wrap themselves around fences, posts and anything in their path.  They only open their blossoms in the morning, and by sunset, they've folded up for a good nights sleep.

I spotted these beauties on a fence in a vacant lot in Houston, Texas.  I keep my camera handy for artistic opportunities and I proved to be a good thing on this day!
