The Ward Theatre is the younger of the two downtown Mt. Pleasant Theatres. Along with the Broadway, the Ward also showed movies into this century, and was given to a local church group.

 

And also like the Broadway, the Ward is haunted.

 

 

But the spirits at the Ward do no give off an evil feeling, it is more like a playful and fun-loving spirit inhabits the Ward.

 

Not many incidents have happened at the Ward, but there is one on-going phenomenon that convinces some people that the Ward is haunted.

 

And that is despite the fact that they are on the same level, the women’s bathroom is always at least 10 degrees colder than the men’s bathroom.

 

But the ghosts at the Ward are much quieter than the ones at the Broadway.
