GROMIT
_
"It wasn't long before Gromit settled in as one of the family. She and Bella, our other dog, get on well together and give each other good company when David and I are away from home. We often enjoy long walks together, and mostly she enjoys pouncing around off the lead exploring the countryside, and has even started to paddle in water. If Gromit could speak she would tell you herself she is extremely happy with her new family"
(Kathryn & David)

PATSY

Patsy was with College Garth for over a year before she found her forever home. As she was deaf, did not like other dogs and had insecurity issues, most people overlooked her - or wrote her off as aggressive, despite her wonderful, loving temperament once she knew you.

However, Robert and Karen Morrell gave her the chance she so badly deserved - and Patsy is now a permanent member of their family. They told us that Patsy has been brilliant, and they can't imagine life without her - and I was brought to tears on seeing her again as she looked so well and was obviously absolutely besotted with her new family!

On behalf of everyone at College Garth, I would like to thank the Morrell family for giving Patsy, my special little girl, the chance, and the forever home we all dreamed of her one-day having.

ALFIE

"
I took Alfie home from your rescue centre after he adopted us in 1996 when he was approximately 2˝years. Apart from a deformity in a rather sensitive place, Alfie has not been held back despite a major operation. His favourite game was chasing ball and making it soggy. Now about 14 years young he has slowed down a bit. Unfortunately he now has a large cancerous growth in his stomach and a few secondarys elsewhere but being the 'Victor Meldrew' of the dog world he refuses to let it stop him. Thank you for letting me have the pleasure of Alfie's company for all these years!"

DILLY
"Dilly made a great mum and cared for her babies very well. She's a very pretty, loving and happy little dog that I take everywhere with me - even on the train to Norwich every 6 weeks. Everyone who meets her likes her"

BELLA
"Bella is a delightful pet. We find her very loveable and loving towards us. In the short time we have had her she has become one of the family" (Graham & Sally Judd)

KEZZ
"He really is a gentle giant- absolutely adorable, and has settles in really well. I wish I'd adopted a dog years ago!"

LUCY (formerly WILLOW)
"Lucy now has a wonderful life with us. She has a lovely warm bed and we love her very much - she gets plenty of everything, including lots of kisses and cuddles!"

RUBY (formerly ZARA)
"She has taken to us both incredibly well, we are Sooo lucky to have her, she trots about the house behind us everywhere we go! Please be assured that Ruby is enjoying a lovely and very relaxing retirement from racing!" (Bob & Fliss)

CASPER
He has turned into a wonderful companion, and last Autumn won the "Best Conditioned Greyhound" class at a charity dog show!"
